What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. A fixed return fee of €4.95 applies and will be deducted from your refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 10 to 14 business days due to our international fulfillment process.
How much does shipping cost?
