2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and agreements made through the NERO website.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Product Information

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, images, colors, and product descriptions may differ from reality due to screen settings or other technical factors.

Obvious errors or mistakes in product information, prices, or images are not binding for NERO.

4. Orders

An agreement is formed once the order has been placed and confirmed by us.

NERO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

Incorrect information;

Suspected fraud;

Technical errors;

Other circumstances that make fulfillment reasonably impossible.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices on the website are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full through the available payment methods before an order is processed.

NERO reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

6. Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

The expected delivery time is usually 10 to 14 business days.

The stated delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to register their order for return within 30 days after receiving it.

A fixed return fee of €4.95 applies to every return shipment. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Exceptions

For hygiene and health reasons, we reserve the right to exclude opened, used, or damaged products from return, to the extent permitted by law.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

8. Warranty

Customers are entitled to a product that meets the reasonable expectations they may have under applicable consumer law.

If a product is delivered defective or damaged, we ask customers to contact us as soon as possible.

9. Liability

NERO is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or other damages resulting from the use of our products or website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and brand expressions, is owned by NERO or used with permission from the rights holder.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
