Return Policy

At NERO, we aim to keep every customer satisfied. Not fully happy with your order? You can return it under the conditions below.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

Return Costs

A fixed return fee of €4.95 applies to every return shipment. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Registered for return within 30 days after receiving it.

In its original condition.

Returned in the original packaging where possible.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within a few business days. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
