Shipping Policy

At NERO, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 10 to 14 business days.

We work with international logistics partners to ship our products directly to our customers. Because of this international fulfillment process, delivery times may be slightly longer than what you may be used to from local webshops.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over €80.

For orders below €80, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the status of your package.

Delays

Although we do everything we can to meet the stated delivery times, delays may sometimes occur due to carrier volume, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
